NEWS: Achilles success for Barclay Roofing

Barclay Roofing is pleased to confirm that following our submission of a comprehensive Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and a very comprehensive on site audit, we have successfully achieved the prestigious Achilles Building Confidence accreditation.

Building Confidence, powered by Achilles, has established itself as a leading accreditation service for the UK construction industry and has the support of many influential main contractors and clients.

The Barclay Roofing Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will be constantly updated and made available on the Achilles Building Confidence portal, providing potential clients with current information and the assurance that our processes and procedures are robust and fit for purpose. The on-site audit is repeated annually to confirm compliance and continual improvement.

Paul Trelease, Managing Director at Barclay Roofing said of the accreditation: “To have achieved this certification is fantastic news for Barclay Roofing. The Achilles accreditation gives us the opportunity to clearly demonstrate the processes and procedures that we adhere to within our business, all of which reflects our continual commitment to striving for excellence.”

The Achilles Building Confidence certification is one of many accreditations held by Barclay Roofing. The company takes quality, health and safety very seriously, resulting in the highest quality service provision and an excellent track record in safeguarding their workforce and the general public. In addition to this latest quality certification, the company holds a number of other Safety Scheme in Procurement [SSiP] accreditations including SMAS, CHAS,  ConstructionLine, SafeContractor and HSAS and ISO14001.

The company also works closely with construction bodies including CITB, NFRC and Competent Roofer, which further demonstrates commitment to safe working and environmental practices.
